Submit Your Application.

Electronically submit application on website so that your application is our on pre-approval call back list – there is no cost to submit application and once home is available to secure, we will contact you.

Approval & Move-In!

When we contact you, we will send a link for the application fee to be paid – this will start the final approval process, which includes rental and criminal background checks.

The application fee is $50 non-refundable for each person 18 years and older.

Once the application is approved, we will complete the move-in process.
